Preparations
To work efficiently with Stoqflow, you will need to make a few preparations.
Product Codes
Make sure each product has a unique product code or SKU. This way, each product can be easily recognized and distinguished during picking and packaging of shipments. Read more about such product codes.
Stock Levels
Of course, it's essential to always know the available stock levels for each product. When setting up a connection with your webshop (connect your shop), we will take over the stock levels as they are displayed in the webshop. If desired, you can also upload initial stock quantities using a CSV import. If the stock levels are not accurate, you can comfortably count and correct them after starting with Stoqflow. You don't necessarily need to know your stock levels before starting with Stoqflow, but we recommend it.
Shipping Service
Stoqflow saves extra time by helping you print shipping labels. Via Sendcloud, Stoqflow provides shipping labels for the most commonly used courier services. However, requesting login credentials from Sendcloud can take a few working days. We therefore recommend preparing this in advance.
Equipment & Software
To work with Stoqflow, your computer, tablet, or mobile device must be connected to the internet. You can use Stoqflow on any device with a recent internet browser. There is no need to download and install an application; Stoqflow is available everywhere and at all times.
Computer at Packing Table
We recommend placing a computer at eye level near the packing table. This computer should be equipped with the following accessories:
- Laser printer
- Use this for printing pick lists and labels.
- A6 label printer
- Working efficiently is easier when you can print shipping labels directly via a label printer.
- Barcode scanner
- If your products have barcodes and you want to make fewer mistakes, use a barcode scanner! Connect the barcode scanner to the computer, tablet, and/or mobile phone. Scans are automatically recognized in the application after installation.
