Product Tracking

It may become necessary at any time to track which products were sent to which destinations for various reasons. This can be done based on the following factors:

Batch/Lot Numbers

A product group with batch/lot numbers (entered when creating a purchase order or later) can always be tracked by entering 'batch:…' in the search bar of the order overview. In this way, you can quickly see which orders contain items with the specified batch/lot number.

Serial Numbers

Each product has an option to make serial numbering mandatory upon packing. If enabled, the packer will need to enter a serial number for each packed item of this product. This can be done either using a barcode scanner or manually.
