Warehouse Sheet

Each warehouse has a warehouse sheet. When you click on a warehouse, you will end up in the sheet. In this sheet, you can find all information about the warehouse. It's from this sheet that you can edit or delete the warehouse.

The warehouse sheet offers the following tabs at the top:

Warehouse

On the Warehouse tab, you get an overview of all data, including the name of the warehouse, the address, locations, who owns the warehouse, and the history of modifications. It's from this tab that the warehouse address can be edited.

Access

In the Access tab, you decide which of your companies' goods can be stored in the warehouse as well as who of your colleagues is allowed to manipulate or send stock from the warehouse.

!> Users on this list can manipulate stock regardless of whether they have access to the company that owns the stock.

Layout

On the Layout tab, it's possible to specify warehouse zones and location types for the warehouse.

Warehouse Zones

Warehouse zones help group similar locations in the warehouse together and indicate the order in which these zones should be added to a picking route.

?> Tip: Organize them in such a way that the picking route starts at the edges of the warehouse so that the pallet becomes heavier as the picker gets closer to the packaging tables.

Location Types

Location types allow you to create all existing types of locations available in your warehouse. This can include, for example, "shelves" or "pick baskets".

Locations

On the Locations tab, you get an overview of all locations present in the warehouse. Here, locations within the warehouse (in bulk) can be added, edited, or deleted.
