Purchase Orders Search

In the overview list of purchase orders you can apply filters or search using the search bar. This way you can quickly find a specific purchase order or all purchase orders from a particular supplier.

!> Note As long as you continue to navigate within the 'purchase orders' menu, the filter will remain active. To remove a filter (reset it) you can use the cross next to the search field.

Filters

To apply a filter, click on filters at the top. You can then set multiple filters. You can also decide whether the filter should be equal to the search query or simply exclude the search query. For example, you can obtain an overview of all purchase orders except those with the status 'concept'.

Possible filters:

  • Status
  • Supplier

Search bar

Via the search bar you can filter on many things. Here's a summary:

  • SKU: 'APPLE'
  • Supplier: 'Fresh Fruit'
  • Product name: 'product: jonagold'
  • Purchase order number: 'PO00020'
  • Delivery date: 'delivered:01/07/2021'

?> Tip You can combine the filters and searching via the search bar. For example, you can search for all purchase orders with the status 'ordered' and SKU 'APPLE'. You can enter multiple search queries in the text filter, separated by a vertical line (').
