Sales Order Status Adjustment

You can adjust the status of a sales order in two main ways:

  1. through the sales orders overview list
  2. through the details page of a sales order

In addition to these two methods, there are also several "hidden" ways to adjust the status of an order.

For example, during digital picking. After each pick round, the user is given the opportunity to immediately give the picked orders the status 'ready for packing'. Another example is scanning the datamatrix on the delivery note, which ensures that you immediately reach the packing screen for that order and also adjust the status of the order to 'packing'.

Through the overview list

Depending on the current status, you can adjust the status of one or more orders by selecting them in the order list. Then, it is possible to change the statuses of all selected orders at once using the "status" button.

Through the details page

If you want to quickly adjust the status of a specific order, you can also do so on the order's details page. Via the Status button in the top bar, Stoqflow displays the most logical next status in green.
