Export Products

You can export products from the product overview screen. To do this, choose the import/export option at the top of the screen and then click on export products. This will download a CSV file. You have the option to combine SKUs across different locations. If you select this option, no batch number, expiration date, or location will be displayed since all products are combined. When this option is not checked, products are exported according to batch number, expiration date, and location, resulting in multiple rows per product.

Making the CSV File Readable

The export will place all data in one column. To make the file more readable, you can convert it to a classic Excel spreadsheet. You can do this in two ways:

  • In the csv file, click on 'data' and then on 'text to columns'. Important here is that you set the delimiter to a comma.
  • In the csv file, click on 'data' and then on 'from text/csv'. Select the CSV file to convert and check the delimiter.
