Sales Orders Search

Via the menu Sales Orders, you will get an overview of all sales orders created in Stoqflow. Are you looking for a specific sales order? You can apply filters or search using the search bar. In this way, you can search for all sales orders that contain a certain SKU, for example, or have been shipped on a certain date.

!> Be Aware As long as you continue to navigate within the "Sales Orders" menu, the applied filter will remain active. To reset a filter (remove it), use the cross next to the search field.

Filters

To apply a filter, click at the top on filters. You can then set multiple filters. You can also determine if the filter should be equal to the search query or simply exclude the search query. To exclude a search query, simply click on the "=" sign. For example, you can get an overview of all sales orders from two linked webshops excluding those with the status 'awaiting payment'.

Orders filters

Search Bar

The following filters are available:

  • SO number: type the desired SO number in the search bar, and the sales order with that SO number will appear in the overview.
  • Customer name: type the customer's name or a part of it in the search bar, and all sales orders where the typed text matches the customer's name will be displayed in the overview.
  • SKU: type the SKU of a product in the search bar, and the sales orders that contain this SKU will be displayed in the overview. 
  • Shipping date: type 'sent:…' in the search bar, and all sales orders shipped on the specified date will be shown in the overview. You can also retrieve shipped orders between two dates. For example, if you enter 'sent:01/01/2020-31/01/2020', you will see all sales orders shipped in January 2020.
  • Batch number: type 'batch:…' in the search bar, and all sales orders that contain products with the specified batch number will appear in the overview.
  • Expiration date: type 'expires:…' in the search bar, and all sales orders that contain products with the specified expiration date will appear in the overview. Do you want to see which orders were shipped with products expiring in January 2021? Then enter 'expires:01/01/2021-31/01/2021' in the search bar.
  • Serial number: type 'serial:…' in the search bar, and all sales orders that contain products with the specified serial number will appear in the overview.
